In 2003 I became a licensed real estate salesperson. Joining a team to learn from then wasn’t in the cards.
To say that I had no idea what I was getting into would be an understatement. I thought I’d sell a few homes, make enough money to pay my bills, and call it a day. Never in my wildest dreams did I think, what I was getting into would turn into a real-life business, with structure, systems, admin support, amazing teammates, vendors, so on and so forth!
Real estate has so many moving parts, it’s impossible for one person to do it all the right way, and even if then, without help, it’s unlikely to build a profitable business without working yourself into the ground.
Fast forward 17 years and the Tammy Crawford Group is up and running and we’re looking for help.
Currently, we are a team of 5, Myself, Jamie, our Operations Manager who is the glue that holds our team together, David is our Client Coordinator, Michelle is one of our preferred lenders & Ian is our Transaction Coordinator. We are a family and together, we help every client we meet to improve their quality of life through the services we have to offer.
During my time as an agent, I’ve learned so much and I want to pass that down to likeminded, hungry, and committed professionals to help them accelerate their success by learning from the mistakes I’ve already made. I know how hard it is to build a real estate business and I know how hard it is to do it on your own, so I’m offering a win-win situation to 2 committed individuals.
TCG is looking for 2 new sales partners. Our ideal candidates are individuals studying to take the real estate exam up to agents with 1-3 years’ experience in real estate sales.

- Back-office paperwork/admin support
- A respected, highly reputable team of motivated (and highly paid) individuals
- 3 hours of lead generation per day
- Numbers tracking and daily accountability
- Scheduling appointments with consumers
- Go on appointments and show property
- Write negotiate offers
- Prepare CMA’s
- Communicate with admin daily on all pending files
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Organized and manages time effectively
- Tech savvy
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Great communication and social skills
- Must be working towards getting your real estate license if you don’t already have one

I got my real estate license in 2003. I learned very quickly that real estate has a lot of moving parts and without help, it’s nearly impossible for one person to be great and help clients at a high level. In 2019, I decided to find help and within 1 years went from a solo, overworked and tired agent selling 23 homes per year (with no life), to having a team of 3 on pace to close 56 transactions in 2020, with a goal of helping over 100 families in 2021. I learned that a team will always outperform an individual, and with the right people and right culture, we could focus on serving our clients without feeling overworked, or even worse, a prisoner of the business. The ultimate goal is to create a team of like-minded, driven individuals, who work together as a team to have fun, help a lot of families with their real estate needs, and live a life worth living.
