Celebrate Palmdale's 60th Birthday

Everyone who lives in Acton real estate is invited to come to celebrate Palmdale’s 60th birthday. These two communities are close and it’s only right to celebrate together. This event will take place on Thursday, August 25, 2022, starting at 5 p.m. There will be music, special treats, photo opportunities, activities, and giveaways, while supplies last. At 5:30 p.m. don’t miss the singing of “Happy Birthday” and the cake cutting ceremony. All of the festivities will take place at Domenic Massari Park, which is located at 37716 55th Street East in Palmdale.

On this night, it’s also the final ‘Music in the Parks’ event for the season. While eating your cake, enjoy music from Midnite Crisis. This group plays classic rock. Before leaving your Acton real estate, grab a blanket or chairs so that your group can be comfortable while enjoying the music. This event concludes at 7:30 p.m., giving you plenty of time to get back to Acton and relax for the evening.

Palmdale became the first community to incorporate in the Antelope Valley. This occurred on August 24, 1962. It became a charter city in 2009. The city saw the most rapid growth in the 1980s and 1990s. The building of affordable housing in the area made it desirable for those employed in Los Angeles. The 2020 census put the population of Palmdale at 169,450. Palmdale, Lancaster, and Acton all have a close relationship. Together, these three cities are home to more than 500,000 people. The Antelope Valley provides a terrific home, and residents enjoy having close access to everything Los Angeles has to offer. Enjoy spending a little time away from your Acton home and celebrate this beautiful area. Join others who call Palmdale and Lancaster home for the birthday party and final installment of ‘Music in the Parks.’
