Tammy got her real estate license in 2003. She learned very quickly that real estate has a lot of moving parts and without help, it's nearly impossible for one person to be great and help clients at a high level. In 2019, she decided to find help and within 1 year went from a solo, overworked and tired agent selling 23 homes per year (with no life), to having a team of 6 on pace to close 75 transactions in 2022, with a goal of helping over 100 families in 2023! She learned that a team will always outperform an individual, and with the right people and right culture, we could focus on serving our clients without feeling overworked, or even worse, a prisoner of the business. The ultimate goal is to create a team of like-minded, driven individuals, who work together as a team to have fun, help a lot of families with their real estate needs, and live a life worth living.
